At Studio Ever After, your first class is designed to feel welcoming, supportive, and approachable. Our instructors guide every session with clear cues and thoughtful pacing so you can move with confidence from the moment you step into the studio.

Whether you're new to Pilates or simply new to our space, we're here to help you settle in, connect with your body, and begin building strength with intention.

Every sequence is thoughtfully designed to help you engage the right muscles and move with clarity and control. Rather than rushing through exercises, classes focus on purposeful movement that builds strength gradually and effectively.

The studio is gently heated to help the body warm quickly and move more efficiently. Warm muscles activate sooner, allowing movements to feel smoother and helping you connect to the work faster.

All of our classes are designed to be approachable, but each offers a slightly different movement experience.

A reformer-based class designed to build strength through layered sequencing, deep core activation, and controlled movement.

Great for clients who enjoy structured strength work and the support of Pilates equipment.

A mat-based class that incorporates weights and controlled movements to build endurance and full-body strength.

Mat

Mat is required for mat classes. Available to rent in studio.

grip socks

Grip socks are required for all classes to provide stability and maintain hygiene. Available for purchase in studio.

Staying hydrated is especially important in a heated environment.

Towel

A towel is required for all classes. Available to rent in studio

Arriving at the Studio

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class so we can welcome you and help you get settled.

This allows time to check in, get familiar with the studio, and ask any questions before class begins.

Our instructors are always happy to walk you through the equipment and help you feel comfortable before we start.
