Studio Ever After LLC
Effective Date: April 29, 2026
Commitment Term
Studio Ever After offers memberships with varying commitment terms. The specific term length applicable to your membership will be confirmed at the time of purchase. Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis for the duration of the selected term. Memberships activate upon first class use.
Membership benefits vary by membership type and will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
Payment Authorization
By purchasing a membership or class, you authorize Studio Ever After to charge your payment method on file for all purchases, including membership fees, class packages, late cancellation fees, no-show fees, and any outstanding balances.
Declined Payments
Declined payments must be resolved immediately to retain your ability to book classes. A valid payment method must remain on file at all times. Studio Ever After reserves the right to suspend booking privileges if a valid payment method is not maintained.
Outstanding Balances
Any outstanding balances or fees must be resolved prior to membership cancellation taking effect.
Class Usage
Classes included in a membership must be used within the active billing cycle and do not roll over to future billing periods.
Class Packages & Intro Offers
First Class Offer: must be used within 14 days of purchase
Intro Membership: activates upon first class use
Single Drop-In Classes and Class Packages: expire 90 days from date of purchase
Intro offers are limited to one per client. All packages and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Guest Passes
Guest passes are for new guests only and must be used within the active billing cycle. Guest passes do not roll over to future months and are non-transferable.
Membership Pauses
Memberships may be paused for medical reasons or pregnancy. Members requesting a pause must contact hello@studioeverafterpilates.com. Studio Ever After reserves the right to request reasonable documentation.
Renewal & Cancellation
After the initial term is completed, memberships will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until canceled. Members may cancel online through the Studio Ever After member portal or by emailing hello@studioeverafterpilates.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Refunds
All membership fees, class packages, and promotional offers are non-refundable except as required by California law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact hello@studioeverafterpilates.com within 30 days of the charge.
Personal Belongings
Studio Ever After is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Storage is available for use at your own risk.
Non-Transferability
Memberships, guest passes, and class credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing member.
Agreement to Studio Policies
By purchasing a membership, the member agrees to follow all Studio Ever After policies, procedures, and guidelines, including booking, cancellation, and conduct policies.
Policy Updates
Studio Ever After reserves the right to update studio policies and membership terms when necessary. Members will be notified of any material policy changes prior to implementation.
Privacy Policy
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Studio Ever After's Privacy Policy, which is available at studioeverafterpilates.com.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith. Nothing in this agreement waives any rights guaranteed under California law.

Studio Policies Agreement
By purchasing a class, membership, or package at Studio Ever After, I acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
Booking
Classes may be booked online through studioeverafterpilates.com or through the Studio Ever After app.
Booking Windows
Booking windows vary depending on your membership or purchase type and will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
Waitlist
If a class is full, clients may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, clients will automatically be added to class. Standard cancellation policies apply to waitlist bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Classes may be canceled up to 12 hours before class without penalty.
Late Cancellations (within 12 hours of class):
Loss of class credit + $10 late cancellation fee
No-Shows:
Loss of class credit + $20 no-show fee
Late Arrival
Clients are allowed a 5-minute grace period after class begins. Entry after this time may not be permitted to avoid disrupting the class experience.
Studio Etiquette
Clients agree to follow instructor guidance and respect the studio environment. Grip socks are required for all classes. A mat is required for mat classes. A towel is required for all classes. Shoes must be removed and left at the front of the studio before entering the studio floor.
Right to Deny or Remove
Studio Ever After reserves the right to deny access or remove any participant from class for safety concerns or disruptive behavior.
Filming
To respect the privacy of everyone in the room, filming during class is limited. If clients choose to film, they must do so from the back row and ensure only themselves are in the frame.
Photo & Media Release
We occasionally take photos and videos for promotional purposes. By participating in classes at Studio Ever After, you consent to your image being used unless you opt out in writing. To opt out, notify a team member before class or email hello@studioeverafterpilates.com.
